About us

Everyone needs someone to believe in them.

“That is exactly what I try to be as a coach, whether it’s about someone’s future career, challenges within the family or support in everyday life. For me, one thing matters above all: listening, taking people seriously and finding the path together that truly fits.”

Our values

The foundation of our work.

Individuality

Every person is unique, and that is exactly how we shape our work. We develop tailored solutions that are matched to the personal challenges and strengths of young people and their families. We rely on close collaboration to achieve the best possible results.

Trust

Real change only happens when there is a foundation of trust. We create a safe environment that encourages openness and honesty, so that young people and families feel understood and supported.

Lasting impact

Our goal is not just short-term help: we want to bring about lasting change. That is why we strengthen personal responsibility and resilience, so that the strategies learned continue to hold in the future.

How it works

How our support works.

In five phases – from the first enquiry to a well-planned conclusion.

  • Parents who would like support and advice in everyday family life.
  • Schools that want to support their pupils through coaching, prevention and career orientation.
Where do the coaching sessions and workshops take place?

Depending on needs, directly at schools, on our premises or online.

How much does support cost?

Our rates follow the guidelines of the Office for Youth and Vocational Guidance (AJB). Costs vary depending on the type and scope of the measure; we are happy to advise you individually.

Who covers the costs?

For young people resident in the Canton of Zurich, an application can be submitted to the AJB. Once it is approved, the canton and the municipality of residence cover the costs; the family is not required to pay anything back.

Please contact us before submitting an application so that we can assess the need together. In many cases, schools or social institutions can also provide the funding.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We will get back to you promptly to discuss together the best way to support you and to arrange a suitable appointment.

Can Fortivo also help in an acute crisis?

Yes. We offer short-term crisis intervention as well as long-term, stabilising support, depending on the situation and needs.

Does Fortivo also offer case management?

Yes, for the individual support of young people facing complex challenges.
